Enjoying the outdoors while glamping with Getaway

Glamping, a blend of “glamorous” and “camping,” offers a fantastic way to connect with nature without sacrificing comfort. It had been years since I tried to find an accessible glamping site, so I was amazed at all I found when I began researching again. Wheelchair friendly glamping options are closer than you think!

For wheelchair users, finding accessible glamping destinations can be a game-changer, providing an inclusive and enjoyable outdoor experience. Unfortunately, accessible glamping destinations can be elusive, at best, so I’ve put together a list of some brilliant destinations that have made glamping an inclusive experience!

Full disclosure, we haven’t visited most of these sites, yet, (which means it’s always wise to call ahead) but I was excited to find these wheelchair accessible glamping destinations through online research, each offering breathtaking surroundings, top-notch amenities, and verified accessibility. So pack your bags and get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure!
